Return Policy

Returning Items

Please read these notes in conjunction with our general terms and conditions. If you are not happy for some reason with your purchase, you can return the items hassle free by following the steps below. Please contact us by emailing info@hurricanemartialarts.co.uk or by calling 01275 818083 and provide the following information:
1. Your Order Number
2. Your Name and Contact Details
3. List of items to be returned
4. Reason for the return
Once we have received the above information, we will contact you within one working day. Once approved, we will send you your returns number, the returns address and instructions on returning the items. Please Note: Any items added to the items list that do not correspond to the order number may slow down the return approval process and may result in your request being declined.
The customer will be entitled to a cooling off period of 7 working days after having received the goods or at any time prior to receiving goods, the cancellation should be notified in writing (includes email). Cancellation does not apply to DVD's CD's audio or video tapes which the customer has unsealed. The cost of returning the product unless faulty, defective or not fit for its purpose will be at the customer's expense.

Faulty and Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, you should contact our customer service team who can help you organize the return and exchange of the product. The customer service team can be reached by emailing info@hurricanemartialarts.co.uk or by calling 01275 818083.

Receiving Returns

Depending on the shipping method that you have used to return the goods to us we normally receive your returns within a few days of you sending it. If you sent the goods by tracked delivery you will be able to see if we have signed for them or not. Once we have received them back we will contact you to let you know and deal with the return for you.

Replacement Timescales

If you have returned an item to us and asked for a replacement we will send the replacement to you as soon as we receive the returned item back. We have a 24 hour turn around for all returns so you can rest assured we treat our returns with the same respect as we do our orders.
